Soma Breath Therapy aims to reconnect the body and the breathe with our vital life force energy. Providing a compassionate and holistic approach, Emily combines breathework, osteopathic techniques, deep tissue work, myofascial release and trigger point techniques to relieve pain, address dysfunction and restore the body back to equilibrium. Rehabilitation and meditation exercises are given to suit specific needs, tailored to each individual to encourage general mobility and regulation beyond the session.
Incorporating cranio-sacral therapy, her treatments are also influenced by an intuitive understanding of body energetics as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance having completed her RYT-200hr with Yogi Vishvaketu in Rishikesh, India.
Emily is continually seeking to fuse both Eastern and Western methods borne out of her own mixed background and fascination for healing modalities. She is currently training in Memory Therapy with Mutsumi Adachi
